Customer service satisfaction measurement

In cooperation with the Association for Entrepreneurship and Business of Mostar, a survey was conducted during March and April 2019 to gauge users' satisfaction with Amica Educa's services. All respondents (31) gave the Association the highest marks, including praises such as professionalism, transparency and quality of education. Respondents also expressed the desire for more practical educational workshops for all age groups and the need to expand the program "Entrepreneurship Development and Psychosocial Support at the Beginning of theBusiness " to neighboring municipalities. The research was carried out through the project "Enhancing Social Protection by Empowering CSOs in Bosnia and Herzegovina", implemented by CARE International Balkans and funded by the Czech Development Agency in B&H.
